**Job Description**

Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health leading our dynamic and growing Human Resources team!? The HR Director will serve as a strategic HR Partner for our Enterprise Service Delivery team, as part of the larger Enterprise Modernization effort. This role is responsible for ensuring the initiatives within Enterprise Service Delivery are executed in accordance with the policies and practices of CVS Health, while providing excellent internal client support and driving toward achievement of our goals and continuous process improvement.

You will act as the liaison between the department and Recruiting, Talent Strategy, HR Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Diversity Teams to ensure organizational HR standards and practices are being met. The Director, HR Business Partner will provide critical HR guidance and expertise related to the overall effort to design innovative global workforce/workplace strategies that will have major transformative impacts on how, where, and by whom CVS Health conducts operational activities. Experience in a global, rapid, complex and ever-changing work environment with a high-volume workload is a must. They will be an integral member of the team, aiming to align workforce/workplace strategies with the overall enterprise strategy. The business partner will ensure execution occurs in a manner that minimizes organizational disruption; maximizes the customer, patient, and client experience; and minimizes the colleague engagement impact.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence leaders and ensure credibility, provide timely and authoritative guidance and support, and have knowledge of applicable global laws and regulations related to HR and general business practices.

Additional Responsibilities include:

Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.

Assist in the development of dynamic and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide incentives and rewards that encourage high performance

Develop human resource planning models to identify proficiency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling the gaps.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of people resources.

Establish credibility throughout the organization with all levels of management and the employees.

Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the corporation.

**Required Qualifications**

8 years of Human Resources experience

1 year with human resources or operations delivery in a global setting

1 year with operations service delivery models(outsourcing, offshoring, shared services)

**Preferred Qualifications**

Strategic HR Business Partner experience

Demonstrated knowledge of applicable global laws and regulations related to HR and general business practices

Working knowledge of the how to efficiently manage projects within a large, matrix organization

Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization

You have effective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

Masters Degree preferred


Bachelors Degree required.
