The Department of Health Systems & Population Health has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time HR Associate to join the HR Shared Services team. The HR Associate will have a range of HR responsibilities in support of faculty, staff, and student HR. Working under the direction of the Manager of Staff and Student HR, and in collaboration with other members of the HR Team, this position will recruit, hire and onboard student and temporary employees and provide support to the staff HR program. This role will also manage the Clinical/Affiliate/Adjunct faculty employee population and provide support to the regular faculty HR program by facilitating faculty searches, promotions and other events that are part of the employment cycle. A key member of the HR Shared Services team, the HR Associate will provide superior customer service with excellent attention to detail to support the building of an agile, diverse, inclusive, engaged, energized, and effective workforce. We are seeking a stellar communicator who is meticulous in tracking details, adept at juggling processes in various stages of completion, expert in managing competing priorities by employing effective time management strategies, eager to dive into the challenge of an evolving HR landscape and driven to provide fantastic client service. Requirements: Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. Desirable Qualifications: Working Environmental Conditions: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, working remotely for two to three days per week. Deadline-driven environment, occasionally requiring extended hours to meet commitments.
