An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Manager in the Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) group supporting the Technology organization of Advanced Materials business (the SBU), located in Buffalo, NY.

In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the SBU leadership team in a business of near $3 billion. Develop and own HR strategies for our global Technology organization of the SBU. Reporting to the Senior HR director and as business partner to the CTO of the SBU, you and your team will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.

    JOB ACTIVITIES:

    • Support the CTO in HR strategy, organization design and development
    • Lead the talent management programs and processes for Technology
    • Work with the talent acquisition team to drive effective staffing and onboarding; build up skills and competencies for strategic business needs
    • Support/lead the Corporate and SBG/SBU initiatives and transformation projects from HRBP€™s role
    • Lead the site HR team in USCA directly while work closely with HR leaders in other regions
    • Other assignments as HRBP to Technology

      YOU MUST HAVE:

      • Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
      •  5+ years progressive human resource generalist or leadership experience
