**Job Description** General job role information: In this position the HR Specialist is responsible to support CIC SFV and BP related to Benefits, Assignments. This role needs to build up close relationship with CIC Management, the functional line and its supportive functions. The position holder will have functional guidance from CEE Benefits Leader, and business direction from CIC HR Manager. General job role responsibilities: The position holder is responsible for the following: I. Professional tasks a. Benefits Collaborate with the Functional Line, co-ordinate the fulfilment of global policy requirements. Act as Benefits Focal Point. Advise Managers, Upline Managers in all Benefit related topics. Collect, track, store and archive all benefits related documentation. Follow up on changes of Global Benefits Policy, ensure compliance related to local processes. Support implementation of corporate Benefits Programs and Tools. Produce SEO/Company Car contracts and advise colleagues regarding the programs. Liaise with the the car fleet team with regards to local queries. Ensure that all required BC documents such as SOD, DTP, process flows and policy documents for all major benefits in CIC Szkesfehrvr and BP are created, updated and modified as required Process the annual commuting validation Ensure that all benefit related documents are retained on the wiki page of CEE benefits service team Support business controls reviews, audits, finance business controls reviews, informal reviews Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place before the execution b. Assignments Process assignment requests and perform related tasks Follow up on all global process changes II. Reporting Generate regular and ad hoc reports required locally or by the functional line. III. General tasks: Perform assigned tasks defined by CIC HR Manager or HR Operations Lead Actively participate in assigned HR Projects Support open hours Responsible for monthly filing and annual archiving activity Keep all process documents and measurement documentation up to date Responsible for Confidential storing of all HR documentation **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** English knowledge Experience in Human Resources field **Preferred Tech and Prof Experience** SAP knowledge multinational experience **EO Statement** IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
