Job Description

Greater Asia Region Benefits Program Office is looking for a vibrant individual to join our dynamic organization as a HR Analyst.

The benefits programs that Intel employees enjoy today are, by and large, implemented by the Benefits Program Office. We participate in the design and strategy discussion with our in-house C&B professionals, partner with the relevant HR functions as well as external service providers to furnish business processes that work efficiently in Intel's environment. At the same time, we own fixing process gaps, resolving excursions, addressing feedback and assisting employees to enjoy their benefits entitlement optimally during their tenure in Intel.

The incumbent will be responsible to administer the tasks associated with (but not limited to) the areas mentioned below:

Â* To be the functional expert for the Japan HR on-site tasks

Â* To be the Intel representative for vendor engagements requiring local language support (social insurance, tax, retirement, wellness etc)

Â* To be assisting the HR Global Services Program Offices on tasks needing translations

Â* To be assisting HR Global Services Program Offices with desktop procedures or work manuals

Â* To be responsible for ensuring all on-site tasks are indeed captured and have proper documentation (DTP) per the BPM guideline.

Â* To be the point of contact for business partners to understand local context/current practice/cultural factors in Japan.

Â* Manage all other ad hoc government requests professionally as an Intel representative

Â* To apply continuous improvement mindset by looking at current practices and propose changes if needed to Program Offices.

Â* To be responsible for tasks assigned by your manager as and when required

You are process oriented and BPM (Business Process Management) savvy - Process flowcharts, Swim Lane Diagram, process documentation should ideally be in your blood


You should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or any other relevant fields.

Additional capabilities:

- Good communication skills in English and native speaker of Japanese
- At least 2-3 years of HR working experience ( social insurance, local tax, retirement, wellness)
- Basic knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
