HR Advisor Function Group Manager - Finance

+ Provide comprehensive and strategic HR partnership to the Finance Organization and be the strategic HR partner to the CFO and management team

+ Support and lead initiatives and provide monthly updates to the CFO and Finance Leadership team on HR activities such as structure, resourcing, D&I, talent, culture as needed

+ Drive inclusion across Finance; own the Diversity HR plan for Finance monitoring results (diverse panels, diverse slates and representation outcomes) and making changes as needed

+ Partner with the Transformation team to ensure organization design ,workforce planning and culture initiatives are delivered and specifically ensure resourcing needs are addressed, monitored and tracked; partner with the business on change management initiatives.

+ Work with partners in TA and Finance to ensure resourcing strategies meet the unique needs of Finance.

+ Drive organizational change to align people resources with business strategy (right people in right jobs and right locations);

+ Focus on succession and pipeline development and ensure the talent pipeline integrates the new resourcing and skill requirements of transformation

+ Drive HR capability by partnering with members of the extended HR team to develop and implement new and/or improved programs and processes

+ Partner and driver of VOE results for team and GF/EO&T HR; represent the global HR community as a role model

+ Manage internal and external relationships across HR disciplines

+ Lead HR team supporting Finance

+ Partner with global HR & COE colleagues to deliver HR solutions that enable business to meet marketplace and regulatory demands including colleagues in HRPS and the regional HR teams in Asia, EMEA and Latam/Mexico.

+ Overall determine the HR strategies necessary to deliver results; translate the business strategy into HR priorities including changes to organizational design, talent and performance management, enhanced Manager Capability and Manager Effectiveness


+ HR Advisor with experience influencing and coaching at the senior manager level

+ Experience in partnering with senior leaders in the development and implementation of HR strategies

+ Exceptional partnership skills both with clients and within HR

+ Agile able to work well managing ambiguity and g change

+ A demonstrated track record of developing and managing relationships with clients

+ Strong analytical ability with capability to identify business trends and opportunities.

+ Results Orientation - ability to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and manage work to achieve desired outcomes; has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others.

+ Communications - ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles and strong influence, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

+ Accountability - assumes ownership for achieving results and collective goals.

+ Teamwork - acts as a catalyst for formulating a collaborative environment to achieve a common purpose.

+ Change Orientation - works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change; maintains a positive outlook in difficult situations; a change agent.

+ Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow up.

+ Successful track record in a fast paced environment

+ Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field or Masters/MBA.
