Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a Help Desk Clerk to support our new program in Arlington, VA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Apply business analysis principles to Army ERP environment.

  • Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Gather and evaluate business requirements and functions.

  • Collect and analyze metrics.

  • Provide oversight support for Tiered help desk tracking processes and service level management.

  • Responsible for recognizing, researching, isolating, resolving and documenting problems with information systems products and services.

  • Provides the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for the most complex technical incidents in order to ensure satisfaction.

  • Log and track alerts and remediate from identification through resolution.

  • Practice daily Incident management utilizing ITIL methodology.

  • Communicate to Management and staff, of any outages or maintenances that may impact business or user productivity and accessibility.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

  • Associate degree in a related IT field

  • 2-4 years of help desk management or analytical experience

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail and analytical oriented

  • Proficiency with ITIL methodology

  • Self-starter

  • Strong people skills; strong problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active, fully adjudicated Secret security clearance.

  • ITIL Certification.

  • Security+ Certification.
