Group Product Manager

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Outstanding learning agility and strategic thinking on category and consumer understanding, business challenges and opportunities to have a big picture of business management.
  • Translate category/consumer/business learning into business and communication strategy & plan. Lead & develop yearly/quarterly business strategy & plan via close collaboration with core functions.
  • Define brand strategy & brand plan for both short term and long term (NPD for 3-5 years) Responsible for yearly/quarterly communication strategy & plan with 4A agency and key stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with Consumer Insight/NPD/PG/CRM etc.to dig out valuable consumer insight for right communication for right touch points.
  • Responsible for big idea (creative idea/campaign idea) and assets development that can be applied to 360 formats (Digital/ Ecommerce/ BTL activations/ POSM /PG /other in-store activations).
  • Take charge of integrated campaign development with Digital/Media/Trade/CRM etc. to effectively deliver brand message and enhance consumer engagement.
  • Initiatives to drive business by identifying issues & opportunities and provide corrective action to top management.
  • Work closely with NPD/Digital/CRM/TMKT/EC etc.for key programs and Joint Business Plan. Develop product forecast and secure demand accuracy.


    Industry experiences /required

    • Experience in brand marketing is must.
    • Experience in TMKT/EC/Digital is preferred.
    • Experience in Baby related/Nutrition categories are preferred.

      Position experience required:  

      • 7 years of working experience or above.
      • 2 years above with senior product manager title and be a master of brand marketing
      • Demonstrated strong leadership competencies to drive for result. Down-to-earth working attitude, diligent and persistent
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functions to attain business objectives.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical skills including business and financial management.
