Graphics Hardware Engineers
Job DescriptionGraphics & Throughput Computing Hardware Engineering (GTCHE) is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) hardware intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We are looking for a Graphics Hardware Engineers to join our team.
In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities.
- Ensures platform and its components have the best performance and power balance specifically focusing on graphics hardware components, including Silicon IPs and SoCs.
- Research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance.
- Conducts system analysis on proprietary and competition platforms, develops advanced hardware tuning and overclocking.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum skills and experience that will get you notice:
You should have Master's degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ months of work or educational experience. Or have a Bachelor's degree in the above-mentioned specializations with 3+ years of work experience in the field.
Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by June of 2021
Your experience should be in the following areas:
- RTL, Logic design, architecture, or verification
- Pre-Si validation, Verilog, System Verilog or verification methodologies (OVM/UVM)
- Programming / scripting languages like Python, Perl or C/C++
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
- Emulators/FPGA to do pre-silicon validation
- Using in UNIX or Windows
- Experience in Graphics is highly desired.
