Graphics Hardware Engineer
Job Description� XAE- Graphics Integration and Val team is involved in activities of integration and HW pre-silicon validation of Graphics and Machine Learning IPs
� As a Pre-silicon Verification Engg, you are required to manage the team which performs RTL integration at graphics IP, Build simulation and emulation models, perform functional/performance/formal verification of Graphics and machine learning functions in pre Si phase both in simulation and emulation platforms and deliver IP for successful integration to SOC teams.
� You are responsible for Building a highly motivated team of verification engineers, drive quality and efficiency improvements, influence and drive new world class methodologies etc.
� It is expected that you are technical manager and have deep understanding of domains to influence and lead team effectively for successful achievement of goals.
� You are focal point between Architecture, Design, System software developers and Validation teams within AXG and across different sites.
Qualifications
� Bachelor's/Master's in Hardware Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 15 years of related work experience in verification/management domain.
� Candidate Must have high degree of Hardware architecture/ microarchitecture experience in Graphics/CPU/SoC/Chipsets etcs
� Strong knowledge and skills Pre-silicon validation and methodology, Solid understanding of the Validation and Debug flows of a complex IPs.
� Good Knowledge in C++/Verilog/System-verilog and UVM knowledge is an value add. Should able to expand understanding to HW-SW interface and driver based/use case driver verification.
� Excellent written and oral communications and experience working in a cross functional team environment are essential.
� Good Team Player, with positive approach to solve complex technical, business problems and align to organization goals quickly.

Excellent grasp in understanding system level use cases and underlying IP level architecture and micro-architecture details
Good knowledge of GPU/CPU architecture, Memory fabric, caches.
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills including functional and performance issues across HW/SW domains
Experience with C++/Perl/Python will be a plus.
Strong communication, program management skills and a good team player.
Experienced in working with multi-site projects.
Bachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
