As a Program Manager you will be responsible for helping bring our most important initiatives to market. You will own defining and delivering critical programs with broad cross-organizational and business impact. You will successfully deliver solutions and mechanisms that resolve significantly complex problems and provide long-term beneficial impact to large customer segments. You will develop and own program execution across all stages from concept to delivery, establish and measure success metrics, and ensure overall timely program delivery. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will allow you to marshal internal resources towards an effective program management strategy. You will define and clarify business procedures and processes requirements. You will work backwards from the customer and will work towards multiplying the efficiency and effectiveness of your project group.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the enterprise processes, ecommerce experience, and project management best practices. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges and working cross-organizationally to build consensus. We require an individual who is a simplifier, who will creatively identify ways to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of programs. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must.

Key job responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Americas team focused on developing and executing strategies to bring programs to market.
  • Define and execute new customer adoption programs including creating detailed project plans with relevant milestones and critical timelines defined.
  • Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels, and dynamically lead business, product and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Execute programs while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, product service teams, legal, integration, marketing, support, etc.)
  • Understand the technical and business requirements of our customers and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings for customers.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans.


  • 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Passionate about customers
  • Very strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in matrixed environment
  • Excellent planning and execution skills. Meticulous and methodical, detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to dive deep and ask the right questions
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects


  • 5+ Years project / program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience working within a high-growth, Ecommerce organization, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, influencing results, and presentation of programs to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated history of working with nascent products/services in new markets
