Job Description

Inside Sales and Marketing Group is US Channel Scale and Partner Group (CS&P) who is looking for a dynamic individual with sales experience, cross cultural acumen, technically savvy, and business insight to be the US Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Sales Account Manager (PSAM) for India (hosted) Accounts.

As a commissioned sales AE, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all USA sales activities & programs for Indian Accounts in the US e.g. TCS/Wipro.
  • Establish & align technical solutions appropriate to the USA Market with host country stakeholders at the partner and Intel APJ.
  • Develop and execute US CS&P US Sales Strategy for India hosted account.
  • Create and manage sales enablement programs & retire KPIs.
  • Create & manage deal pipeline for CCG & DCG priority products/objectives to retire KPIs Rev.
  • Engage GSI sales from partner with AE's on Intel covered accounts.
  • Drive GSI sales with appropriate ecosystem partners e.g. ISVs, Distributors.
  • Lead joint sales events; Secure MDF Funding.
  • Lead all engagements and work with will stakeholders in the Host Geo, HQ, CCG & DCG, DCG sales to define US sales GTM strategy and execution.
  • Develop the US account plan(s), aligning with Host Geo, BU/HQ stakeholders/goals. This includes negotiating funding support with HQ, regular reporting to manage the account and the business.
  • Activities also include, but not limited to, support delivering training, GTM campaigns, Pre-Sales support, POC support, OEM/Disti collaboration and Marketing partnerships, and managing pipeline and delivering revenue.

As a successful candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Strong cross-functional team leadership and influence/matrix skills.
  • Ability to engage with partners (ISVs/OEMs/Distributors) to drive joint business objectives and solution selling.
  • Ability to navigate senior relationship management to communicate and execute effectively with executives at Intel and the GSIs.
  • Ability to navigate relationships and business across multiple cultures and levels of management.

This is a highly impactful role that will have you team and collaborate with GSIs directly, ISV partners, Global Partner Scale HQ Team, CCG, DCG & DCG-Sales and other key stakeholders. This role will drive short term sales objectives while assisting CCG/DCG establish scale via GSIs for the long-term strategic initiatives. Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with different cultures and managing accounts for India.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

- Intel's Enterprise strategy, products, and technologies pertaining to Intel Xeon processors, Intel NNP accelerators, FPGAs, and AI software products.

- USA sales activities & programs for Indian Accounts in the US e.g. TCS/Wipro.

- Establishing & aligning technical solutions appropriate to the USA Market with host country stakeholders at the partner and Intel APJ.

- Developing and executing US CS&P US Sales Strategy for India hosted account.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field.
