You will help drive the future by integrating traditional energy conservation measures with a connected building operating system that uses AI, machine learning and outcome-based solutions to create flexible ecosystems focused on customer needs.  As a trusted advisor, the outcomes you provide will help customers tell their story of reducing operating expenses, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while at the same time improving comfort, productivity, efficiency and the safety of the environments they work in.

This is a transformative global leadership role responsible for strategy, people and process that will enable the successful execution of portfolio and project goals, which include cost, schedule, quality and for the life cycle of the project and across multiple lines of business. You will drive improvements in profitability, labor utilization, risk identification/management and customer satisfaction and lead initiatives to create a world-class organization.   You will have a proven track record of success in profitable on-contract and portfolio growth leading a large, multidisciplinary team.   

Key Responsibilities

·         Leads strategy development including portfolio goals and objectives to drive growth

·         Lead and drive monthly portfolio financial performance [ Orders, Revenue, GM, Cash-flow]

·         Responsible for financials, forecasting, cash flow and risk management

·         Identification and execution of ideas to improve operating returns

·         Claims management

·         Participates in new hire recruitment, employee development programs, performance management, succession planning while promoting employee diversity.

·         Develops strategies that align with business unit, analyzes market and segment trends

·         Participates in project go/no go for new project development including proposal development, risk/ selects project team and resources, develops specific project approach, participates in development of proposal, participates in presentation processes, participates in post-award project debriefing

·         Responsible for schedule, cost, profitability and quality

YOU MUST HAVE

·         Significant strategic and leadership experience

·         Customer focus (customer satisfaction, schedule, cost, quality).

·         Bachelor€™s degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline

·         Minimum 7-10 years€™ experience in program management with a major general contractor, ESCO, etc.

·         Performance Contracting experience

·         Strong computer skills, including familiarity with construction project management applications

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Experience with US Federal Government, public projects,

·         Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams.

·         Highly developed project management finance skills are required

·         Transformation and change management experience

·         Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Protection, Security, mechanical, electrical, SCADA, HVAC, building controls, HVAC, building efficiency, resilience
