**Global Solution Sales Associate**

Then come and join our Technology, Communications, and Gaming (TCG) franchise within our Treasury and Trade Solutions business. We are looking for a few teammates to help our clients operate in 97 countries using our industry leading set of cash management, trade, and cards solutions. In this role, you will champion an industry-leading Global Solution Sales (GSS) team as they manage the most exciting, largest, and dynamic companies in the world. Our goal is to enable our clients to make an impact in every market they serve and we need you to help deliver upon that. The purpose of this role is to develop the next generation of talent for our organization, while you help us drive the business forward. The individual will be responsible for delivering the best of what Citi has to offer to our global Technology clients by partnering with our Global Solution Sales team.

Our portfolio is the Mega-Cap Technology, Communications, and Gaming companies. The key duties include supporting the GSS team across all of the following activities: originating new opportunities (green field or cross sell), winning new opportunities, defending existing business, realizing revenue from wins, and maintaining industry-leading customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will take an entrepreneurial approach and work with the GSS to expand the portfolio by researching how we diversify calling centers beyond traditional Treasury / Finance to include product, engineering, business development, and eCommerce.

This role will position the successful candidate for an expanded role as a GSS and management of their own client portfolio.

**Key responsibilities:**

+ Design client/prospect communications, proposals, account structures, pricing and annual reviews in collaboration with GSS and other internal TTS business partners.

+ Engage directly with clients to present new ideas, industry trends, and solve problems, with a goal of multiplying the GSS team sales pipeline through increased origination.

+ Lead client initiatives and/or relationships, where appropriate, on behalf of the GSS.

+ Drive quantitative analysis activities specific to this role include creating draft pricing models, and/or reviewing and analyzing, and assisting with the research.

+ Develop a network of contacts in TTS and Product Management and Product Sales to create solutions for clients.

+ Advance overall GSS team by exceeding assigned revenue and sales activity goals.


+ A highly motivated AVP or VP in Treasury or related Sales or Account Management roles

+ Passion for the Technology and / or adjacent sectors

+ Familiarity with CRM processes and tools in support of new deal origination and driving to closure

+ Direct client interaction at senior and operating levels in support of ideation and problem solving

+ 4-7 years of relevant experience


+ Bachelors degree or equivalent

+ Ability to conduct financial analysis through a detailed understanding of financial statements

+ Travel may be required (0-25%)
