**Job Description**

The **Global Salesforce CRM Delivery Lead** will oversee ongoing development of the Salesforce platform and drive digital transformation as a key part of the Salesforce global program team. The responsibilities span a wide spectrum: unlocking platform innovation opportunities, taking responsibility for finding solutions and addressing user feedback, ensuring functional excellence and usability of the platform, supporting strong governance and control, promoting standardization and simplicity, planning & delivery, and driving user adoption.

This individual will play an important role in developing and executing against a bold vision of high tech / high touch digital capabilities at CPB, partnering with a variety of groups within the bank who rely heavily on the Salesforce platform. This role will be based in London and reports to the Global Head of Client Strategy and Client Analytics for the Private Bank.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Play a leading role on a global Salesforce management team and partner with key stakeholders (e.g., Technology and variety of otehrs) to ensure successful delivery of the overall strategic approach to platform implementation and roadmap

+ Manage the evolution process of the platform:

+ Shape development of a roadmap for the Salesforce platform, working closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, SMEs and broader team, reflecting business priorities and user needs

+ Create and lead presentations to a broad set of stakeholders, manage global governance forums, foster culture of excellence and accountability

+ Maintain effective relationship with Salesforce and ecosystem partners to stay abreast of innovations and evolution of solutions

+ Track milestones and program evolution of Citi Private Banks global Salesforce platform

+ Act as a key point of contact for the Salesforce platform based on comprehensive understanding of the current Salesforce implementation, including functionality, data, and processes

+ Plan, budget and deliver projects, releases and ongoing support for the Salesforce platform

+ Responsible for coordinating, organizing, ensuring prioritization, and management of scope & requirements across the various initiatives

+ Develop plans and estimates, work with key stakeholders to obtain required approvals

+ Manage and coordinate with business, technology and partners to deliver the initiatives to plan in line with the available capacity and within expected timeframes (the team is using agile methodology for platform development)

+ Responsible for owning program governance process including:

+ Defining session Agenda, creating, preparing, and organizing meeting materials, facilitating meetings, capturing action Items

+ Driving Action items to completion

+ Identifying Risk, Issue, and Decisions and socialization, escalation, and driving to closure

+ Monitoring progress of requirements throughout the release with a view of the functionality completed, tracking well, and at risk

+ Stakeholder Management and Communications (cross-regional, cross-business, cross-product)

+ Drive change management and communications workstream to maintain high adoption with the user community:

+ Stakeholder engagement & definition of the impact of the change

+ Definition of Training Plan and overseeing training material creation

+ Definition of Communications Plan and overseeing communication material creation

+ Facilitation and planning of training sessions

**Requirements and Qualifications**

+ Relevant experience leading delivery of large-scale technology platforms, ideally within Financial Services, Consulting or similar and in global context

+ Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills

+ A self- starter fostering dynamic environment and driving for results

+ A proven track record of success in tracking complex global solutions and delivering value to the users

+ Proven experience in running the global governance for global technology programs, preferably Salesforce, including stakeholder management, materials preparation, and issue & risk management

+ Experience in Salesforce administration and / or certification a plus

+ Good competency with agile / scrum and waterfall development methodologies, project management qualification is a strong plus

+ Experience in business process improvement and change management in cross-functional environment

+ Successful track record of using Excel and PowerPoint to consolidate information into concise and actionable reporting, presentations, and stories

+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and drive results with a high sense of urgency, excellent organizations skills

+ Strong verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills

+ Comfort with uncertainty and working in a large, global, complex organization
