Global Ops & Fraud Transformation Program Management Lead (VP)

The Global Consumer Bank Operations & Fraud Transformation organization is responsible for establishing the strategic vision, governance and metrics associated with our global transformation agenda to increase focus and execution discipline across all aspects of Citis Consumer Banking Operations & Fraud organization. The Transformation Program Lead will project manage specific workstreams related to Citis consent order to ensure that all regional execution teams have clear understanding of deliverables, projects are completed on time and communication is timely and clear.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs

+ Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate across Operations and Fraud Functions as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of Operations

+ Assess creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log

+ Oversees program plans to ensure they are meeting business needs as described in the program initiation documents

+ Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones

+ Works with Program Sponsor to ensure Operations and Fraud action plan is in line with business objectives

+ Ensures all areas of the program are appropriately staffed

+ Monitors program commitment from those assigning resources

+ Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate

+ Creates the program risk management plan

+ Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel

+ Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years of experience

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence business and technology stakeholders across levels within an organization

+ Strong project management skills

+ Experience building complex project plans in Microsoft Project

+ Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with broader stakeholders across a franchise in order to drive to common goals and outcomes.

+ Strong understanding of consumer financial services

+ Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment

+ Ability to speak conversational Spanish is a plus


**Education:**


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree


MS Project JIRA (intermed. exp.) a plus


Hybrid work structure; this position may work from other Citi Operational Sites.
