Global Operations Readiness Lead

Within TTS Client Operations, the Payments & Receivables team manages global implementation of initiatives including (but not limited to):

+ Implementation of new payment products in multiple markets

+ Global Payment /collections processing solutions

+ External vendor solutions for Payments/Collections

Instant Payments rollouts are a Global Program which, while regulatory in nature, have the objective to support a common core payments ecosystem focused on digitized solutions and process standardization

This role is responsible for leading operational readiness activities and support the Payments and Receivables projects for domestic Instant payments / emerging payment products across all regions and ensure they are in line with the operations target operating framework..

The candidate will manage senior stakeholder communication and collaborate with key stakeholders across TTS product management, technology teams, line operations areas and the client service delivery teams .


+ Provide technical and operational leadership for implementations planned in the yearly book of work related to Instant and other emerging payment products

+ Drive Target Operating model for Payment Reconciliation, Monitoring and Reporting workstream with a goal of measuring our operational and service capabilities against clearly defined global standards on process, location, and technology solutions.

+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements: questioning, challenging, and proposing innovative, automated solutions where necessary.

+ Assess the impact of proposed changes to the current processes to ensure no touch processing and standardization

+ Collaborate with cross functional working groups that aim to implement strategic and tactical solutions in support of the target model and ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner.

+ Assess impact of proposed solution to the Target operating model and outline operating index scorecard for country implementations

+ Prepare Post project MIS, lessons learned, monitor, and highlight opportunities for improvement to ensure alignment to the target end state.

+ Identify, track and document issues and risks where appropriate.

+ Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders with well-defined status and progress against target dates.

+ Represent Operations in PI / scrum sessions, providing inputs.

+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

+ Arrange operations training, identify, and engage operations stakeholders.


+ 10+ years of experience with banking and financial service organizations.

+ 5+ years of experience in a related role is preferred. May include consumer or transaction services, financial services firm, or a combination of with at least 5 years relevant experience Business Analysis / Project management role

+ Experience in running complex implementations that require new product functionality/product development

+ Proven track record of consistently strong performance and excellent project delivery.

+ Sound understanding of Payments & Receivables business, key technology and infrastructure and process framework is preferred.

+ Knowledge or experience relating to SWIFT, ISO XML messages will be an advantage


+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
