In this role, you will own the strategy for integrated security access control/intrusion hardware and embedded configuration tools across the Commercial Security line of business. Drive growth by leading your team in bringing high value product offerings to our customers. This leader must have a proven track record, extremely high product management acumen, and a willingness to be a player/coach. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to help us accelerate our growth trajectory in a fast-paced, constantly evolving category. You will own road-map, positioning, and channel strategy. Since we generally sell solutions that include a broad combination of software, services, and hardware, this leader must partner with the integrated security offering teams to develop and deploy a consistent hardware strategy that aligns well to the overall offering strategy. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's hardware portfolio.\r\r

Key Responsibilities:\r\r

  • Develop a market-informed solution strategy and road-map to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and suppliers to develop end-to-end solutions that meet our customers needs.
  • Develop your teams talent. Coach your team on strategy development, pricing excellence, voice of customer, segmentation, and portfolio management. Utilize performance management and effective recruiting to insure you've got the best talent.
  • Use key metrics and business intelligence to course-correct and learn from successes and failures. Create a culture of continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Coordinate closely with key functions like engineering, commercial excellence, and sales to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide commercial leadership for the product category including developing pricing strategies

    • Bachelor's degree\r\t
    • \t7 + years of experience in product/offering management\r\r
