\rThe Director of Demand Generation drives Marketing Automation / Transformation and end-end Lead Management and qualification across the organization, ensuring sustainable and rapid growth of our businesses. They will be responsible for strategic alignment, , implementation and driving best practices of end-to-end lead management (from Inquiry to Won), through marketing automation across Sales, Marketing and Partner Network.

\rResponsibilities:

  • Own and drive the global lead management process and governance across end user and channel marketing activities working with marketing teams in different business units and regions.
  • Demonstrate business impact of Marketing activities (e.g. Return on Marketing Investment including: By business / by region KPIs such as MQL, SAL, SQL, Marketing Generated Pipeline, Marketing Generated Revenue for end user and channel activities)
  • Own and drive weekly and monthly demand gen dashboards for each business unit and core campaigns, providing the businesses with actionable and detailed conclusions and recommendations
  • Evaluate status of marketing technology and alignment between several instances of Marketo and SFDC, lead management processes, roles & responsibilities across the sales and marketing organization.
  • Identify Marketing Automation gaps / opportunities and develop a road-map to drive rapid implementation through project management
  • Design and lead cross-functional implementation workshops to deploy standard end-to-end lead management processes for each business unit
  • Proactively explore and direct new initiatives and enhancements to improve the demand gen programs such as setting up nurturing programs or integrating webinar tools
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations and SFDC Admins to optimize workflow and standardize lead management process
  • Educate the broader marketing and sales functions on demand gen best practices
  • Manage GDPR and opt-in best practices
  • Manage a global team of direct and matrixed marketing managers and specialists

    YOU MUST HAVE

      \r\t
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related discipline \r\t
    • \t10 years of leadership experience in marketing automation and end-to-end lead management\r\t
    • \tDeep understanding of inquiry/lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing and lead qualification/tracing across the entire life cycle of the lead. \r\t
    • \tAbility to manage complex cross system data sets and translate data into insights and actions to improve lead management and execution of marketing activities\r\t
    • \tExperienced in Marketo and SFDC or similar tools\r\r

      • \tStrong communication and presentation skills; able to lead and drive complex projects between IT and Sales/Marketing
