Global HR Director Service & Customer Service

In this role you will provide expert partnership to the business leaders within Pall, in support of the strategic priorities and business needs ensuring effective human resource strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain talent!

You will play a critical role in organizational design leadership and advocacy & talent management responsibilities focused on building a deep bench of Service/Customer Service talent. As a consultative business partner you will apply superior change management expertise in the areas of culture, skills, expectations and incentives to support this business growing revenue and customer retention through enhanced customer intimacy and business support.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as a strategic partner with leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies;

Lead talent strategies for these global businesses inclusive of growth initiatives, leadership development, acquisition of early talent and diversity and inclusion;

Collaborate with leaders to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change;

Partner with business leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent. Understand employee needs and facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and employees. Sponsor and drive events and programs designed to increase employee engagement;

Champion the company€™s values and culture partnering with business leaders, Center of Excellence leaders, and HR Business Partners to drive high quality execution of programs such as succession planning, Talent Acquisition, talent development, compensation planning, performance management, and engagement;

Manage HR projects to achieve desired outcomes and participate on project teams as assigned;

Confer with process owners to explore opportunities to optimize activities utilizing continuous improvement processes. Act as a change leader for improvements.

Education, Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor€™s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline. Master€™s degree preferred;
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years of focusing on business partnering, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, diversity, organizational development and coaching. This within a diverse global environment;
  • Business Knowledge €“ includes a valued perspective of Research & Development organizations, financial awareness and cost control, industry knowledge, strategic focus, diverse business experience;
  • Strong intuition for business €“ financials, operations, employee development;
  • Proven navigational and influential expertise (BU€™s, functions, shared services) in a highly complex market and regional organization
  • Strong strategic thinker and general manager mindset; capable of translating strategic objectives into tactical action plans and breakthroughs.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Result oriented self-starter with high energy level. Proactive, dynamic, 'making things happen'.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
