DEPARTMENT PROFILE

 

Global HR Shared Services provides payroll, human resources and benefits administration services Globally for ADP associates. These services allow the regional Human Resources team to be strategic in their focus and work independently with their client groups.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The role is primarily responsible for Implementation and set up of Global Payroll/HR Project information and maintaining processing templates for all countries. This role ensures the Payroll/HR data is collected, input, processed, tested and verified in accordance with the local tax authority and ADP requirements. This role also responds to escalated sales force cases & employee inquires as documented in our CRM tool.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Works with a team on set-up and implementation of Global Project/Countries into the GHRSS.
  • Coordinates and performs assigned special projects through planning, production and implementation stages.
  • Initiates active phase of all projects, determines required information and material, compile components and paperwork and delivery in timely manner.
  • Responsible for research and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Proactively identifies risk, escalates when necessary and determine risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, present and track project milestones and provide status reports.
  • Collects and organizes payroll/HR data input received by fax, email, cases or regular mail, in accordance to ADP Global Payroll Schedule
  • Verifies that all Data input required for processing has been received and validated.
  • Inputs HR/OM data in Ac and GV
  • Creates Job aides, SOPS and Templates per country specifications.
  • Compiles data in Excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes
  • Assists with various Year End processes, Audits etc.
  • Provide high quality of service to associates located throughout the supported countries when addressing payroll questions or concerns
  • Manages support cases via case management tool; supporting the front line client facing team
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all associate information
  • Partners with the Payroll Coordinators and Payroll Analyst to complete all additional tasks as required
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

 

COMPETENCIES

 

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required:

 

  • Knowledge of project management
  • Multi-Cultural
  • Detail oriented, high accuracy with figures
  • Accurate data entry skills (numeric and alpha-numeric)
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General understanding of payroll administration, HR legislation would be an asset.
  • SAP (GV), eTime and Streamline Associate Central product knowledge an asset
