They are industry experts on emerging technology. A Global eCommerce Go-to-Market Programs Sr. Advisor at Dell Technologies is strategic, creative, innovative, and results oriented. This experience will showcase your ability to evaluate business opportunities, develop integrated plans, and bring them to market to positively impact our customer journey, business sales and profitability.


**You will:**


+ Use market research, customer feedback and analytics to build out and substantiate business cases.

+ Translate data into meaningful insights and develop recommendations.

+ Work globally across all key Consumer and Small Business focus regions.

+ Work with key business partners, and guide cross-functional teams to drive impactful online programs that can scale, are repeatable, and effective in the market

+ Support Sales engagement and enablement. Work with direct and retail Sales teams and Sales operations to ensure alignment.

+ Communicate with IT, Marketing and Sales leadership on program status and results in regular cadence.

+ Build out analyses to support investment recommendations in programs that align to business priorities. Evaluate ROIs for all programs with the support from a finance partner.

+ Use data and standard methodology to track program performance, provide in-depth analysis, highlight insights to continuously improve program results.

**Essential Requirements**


+ 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or other relevant online or marketing experience or 3+ years of post MBA eCommerce work

+ Prior Consumer eCommerce experience preferred

+ Proficiency in using Microsoft tools PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

+ Distinctive problem solving and analytical thinking skills

+ Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization

+ Ability to communicate and interact with leadership

+ Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills

+ Self-starter with ability to work independently with high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
