Business Overview JP Morgan’s Global Commodities Group (GCG), within the Corporate & Investment Bank, operates from primary offices across Europe, North America and Asia. The business offers clients a global platform to a full spectrum of physical and financial products across energy, agricultural, environmental and metal commodities as well as more complex exotic structuring. The commodities business is a challenging, fast-paced area of growth within an ever changing regulatory environment. The Commodity Middle Office team provides first-line support for the Commodity trading and sales businesses within EMEA and acts as a key point of contact for all global teams in relation to the Commodities business.The product set is diverse and includes complex and exotic instruments; the Commodity trading & sales desks cover a wide variety of underlying assets including oil & gas, precious & base metals, agriculture and commodity indices.
