This position will be responsible for Global ATM Product Management, ATM Innovation and ensuring end-to-end product governance. This individual will partner closely with the Global ATM team, internal technology teams, information security teams, legal and compliance to oversee and ensure ATM product evolution and growth.

Given that this is a global role, these efforts will be need to be managed at the Global level as well as include close partnership with all Regions (US, MX, APAC / EMEA, LATAM).  The individual will work closely with each of the Channel Managers in these Regions as well as the Functional Support teams in each Region including Technology (Hardware and Software), Operations (ATM Servicing, ATM Availability) and Cash Management (including Cash Delivery, Monitoring). 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Global ATM Product Standards, define and manage product evolution and functional roadmap
  • Drive Innovation across the Global ATM Network
  • Global ATM Product Governance (Features, functionality, hardware, etc.)
  • Financial oversight for Global ATM Product Delivery and growth (technology and deployment)
  • Coordinate with the regions for centralized Global ATM Demand Management
  • Global ATM Product Metrics / MIS
  • Global ATM Market Intelligence and External Market Operating Environment

Secondarily, this position provides support for gathering Citi business intelligence necessary to optimize ATM channel management and operations and support revenue and profitability, customer satisfaction (NPS), business process improvement, and assist in drafting and coordinating investment opportunities and proposals.

Essential Functions

  • Product Management: Develop global ATM product standards (internal) to ensure systematic product evolution within Citis overall risk and control framework
  • ATM Functionality: Drive the delivery of enhanced ATM functionality in close partnership with all regions
  • Innovation: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovation and new product opportunities in the ATM space and work towards successful pilots and eventual adoption
  • Product Governance: Establish and manage end-to-end governance of the global ATM product
  • Financial Oversight (ATM Product Specific): Work closely with the CitiShare BP&A team as well the technology team to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources to deliver ATM product evolution
  • Demand Management: Establish and manage an effective Global ATM demand management process in close association with all regions to ensure optimal ATM product growth while ensuring all critical ATM risks are managed effectively
  • Global ATM Product Metrics / MIS: Partner with the Global ATM BP&A team on reporting, monitoring and analytics of key ATM product-related metrics / MIS across regions and globally
  • Market Intelligence: Gather necessary intelligence and suggest means and methods to systematically and consistently  report on said intelligence
  • Help coordinate global efforts between various functional and geographic ATM channel stakeholders for senior buy in

  • Strong Banking or ATM related experience (6-8 years) leading major cross functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) has the ability to present key issues / concepts clearly
  • Financial Services / payments background
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, tracking driving business results with a strong sense of urgency in a matrix organization
  • Skill set around evaluating emerging capabilities, business models and efficiency opportunities
  • Excellent relationship management skills with strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders

EDUCATION:     Bachelors degree required - Masters preferred
