Position Summary

The Global Account Manager for EAM Solutions will be responsible for direct business development for a named list of large enterprise accounts. The GMA shall identify and qualify new sales opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell Infor EAM Solutions to an identified target list of large enterprise organizations, while maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for EAM solution sales to the assigned industries (i.e. Utilities, Oil&Gas)  within the French territory.
  • Interaction with customers and prospects to sell EAMu2013 activities include cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
  • Exceed sales quota u2013 maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
  • Use cold calling and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
  • Work closely with professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • French Native/Bilingual. Full working proficiency in English.
    • 7+ years of successful EAM or similar software sales
    • Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions
    • Know-how of Cloud solutions
    • Hunter-mentality, able to win new logos
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives
    • Demonstrated history of working with big 5 consulting firms and top market influencers to close large deals
    • Must be capable of leading virtual sales teams
    • A team player with the ability lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
    • Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
