Our team is small and nimble with limited hierarchy and lots of ownership. You will report directly to the President of the Business Unit. We are seeking a leader who is an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about our mission, and who is not afraid to dive in and be hands on.

We are looking for a leader who has a track record of success delivering on the following core responsibilities of this role:

  • Building vertical technology solutions (software related to hardware) €“ internally through the product development team, by leveraging partnerships with other Honeywell Business Units, and third-party vendors.


  • Building internal capabilities to make the transformation from hardware to solutions with a business model for recurring revenue stream and building capabilities associated with it, through effective sales training, solutions offerings management, consultative selling and managing the partner ecosystem.


  • Commercializing the technology solutions and driving revenue

    • Building the go to market plan in conjunction with the ISV ecosystem

    • Driving growth of Professional Services

    • Participate in larger deal making

    • Evaluate M&A targets 


    • Operating as a player-coach, to guide the team of Software product managers and professional service members to implement successful technology solutions that drive sales and create a best-in-class user and customer-experience for partners and end users.

      Initially this role will be based in Fort Mill, SC with the potential to move to the Greater Charlotte area in the near future.

      • Bachelor€™s\r Degree
      • At least 10\r years of experience with Software business models, structuring & growing\r a software business within large enterprises leveraging a matrix\r structure, and bringing new software solution to the market.
      • Strong\r commercial experience including building effective value proposition,\r forecasting, GTM strategy, evangelizing across sales team, demand gen;\r sales training; involved in sales/closing business

        • Master€™s Degree\r in Business or Technical Field
        • Experience with\r AWS and Cloud applications  
        • Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.
