Fuse Configuration Architect
Job DescriptionMPE PDE is looking for motivated and qualified engineers to own the delivery of the SOC Fuse configurations through the entire Product Life Cycle, from technical readiness through post PRQ. The role requires to work with marketing and product architects to ensure platform features have necessary configuration capabilities; work with IP and SoC design teams to supervise a correct fuse implementation and ensure high quality fuse SIP / HIP configuration and integration; architect and define SOC fuse configuration for entire product SKU stack, including the initial power on SKUs; partner with validation and manufacturing teams to support the debug of fuse related issues in both Pre and Post silicon environments; maintain continuous interaction with marketing and other stake holders to ensure implemented fuse definition answers product needs and connect with IP's architecture and design when necessary; work with product lead teams and forums in supporting customer fuse concerns and ensure high quality production silicon.
Qualifications
? Technical experience in Client Core CPU, Chipset or SOC product development with 10+ years in product validation and development and 3+ product life cycles
? The breadth of technical knowledge in some of the following areas: SOC Chassis Architecture and Silicon Design, System Validation, Manufacturing and Product Development, Platform Integration and Functional Validation process, methodologies and tools.
? Business Acumen & understanding of customer needs and environments
? Strong networking and communication skills both written and verbal
? Excellent stakeholder management skills
? Strong project management skills
? Ability to facilitate and lead effective meetings
? Experience in tools and environments helpful (PythonSV, SPEED, LIRA, LIPORT, FDA, HSDES, RTL Simulation, Full Chip Emulation).
