You get excited about solving complex problems and finding new solutions for clients. Digital Finance professionals support clients in developing Finance Organization Strategies, Optimizing FP&A processes all by leveraging Performance Management technology capabilities to support our clients long-term growth. Youve managed large teams, love big challenges, and are ready for a new one. You are skilled at building trusted relationships within your own organization, with clients, and with ecosystem partners. As an FP&A Sr Manageryour primary responsibilities may include:



+ Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures


+ Lead workshops for client education


+ Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements


+ Support the Planning Lead in architecting Workday Planning solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated


+ Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices


+ Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping


+ Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies

Here's what you need:



+ Bachelors Degree in finance and/or accounting


+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


+ Strong consultative experience within Finance


+ A minimum of 8 years working in FP&A, preferably with a Big Four public accounting firm


+ Minimum of 5 years of experience leading/managing large teams


+ Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated operational experience with one or more of the following






Bonus points if:



+ Workday and Adaptive Insights/Planning experience


+ Youve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree


+ FP&A Enabling Technologies (Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Cognos, SAP SAC, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, Tableau, Workday - Adaptive Insights)


+ Emerging Finance Enabling Technologies (Robotic Process Automation technology, Artificial / Applied Intelligence technologies in Finance / Accounting


+ You have led 4-5 full implementation of FP&A solutions


+ You have a least 4 year designing these FinTech solutions: OneStream, Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, and Fusion.


+ Certification in any of the Fin Tech Solutions mentioned.


+ Financial Planning and Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Management Reporting)


+ Financial process and/or system program management responsibilities


+ Management of a finance team function


+ Management reporting & operational or balance score carding


+ Solid understanding of the underlying finance and accounting processes and leading practices


+ Finance Transformation (Planning, Financial Reporting, General Accounting, AP, AR, EPM, Program/Project Management, Change Management, Financial Systems Integration)


+ Financial Process automation, standardization, organizational consolidation (e.g. Creating, Defining Finance Centers of Excellence, automating processes through robotics or applied intelligence, machine learning)


+ Reporting and analytics including visualizations


+ A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in implementing Finance technologies. This may include, but not limited to data, planning, budgeting, analytics, reporting and enabling technologies


+ Deep functional understanding of FP&A processes including Capabilities Driver based , Predictive forecasting, rolling forecast, scenario planning, Cost allocations, Zero based budgeting and Management reporting


+ Solid project management experience including defining scope, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management


+ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, client experience preferred


+ Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


+ Ability to effectively engage with senior-level client executives


+ Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients/stakeholders


+ Ability to effectively develop, mentor, advise, and coach teams

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
