**Job Description**

Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity within the Caremark (the CVS Health - Pharmacy Services Segment) for an individual contributor responsible for consolidating and streamlining financial reporting to improve Cost Management! The role will initially focus on Member Services Cost of Service reporting and will expand to create standardization in broader areas.

As the Senior Advisor FP&A you will be responsible for developing and maintaining consolidated reporting supporting the $1.5 billion Member Services organization. In this high impact role, you will collaborate closely with internal financial and operational partners at all levels to ensure CVS Health financial reporting successfully does the following.

Enables strategic cost management to align client and product reporting

Supports the development, monitoring and measurement of productivity initiatives across the business

Drive a clear understanding of overall business service cost drivers and SG&A cost drivers, including where costs are variable, semi variable or fixed

Focuses on automated and efficient processes to generate standard and ad hoc reports

You will be an integral member of the Cost Management finance team. Your strong presentation skills, aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way, as well as your ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities will also contribute to your success. Additionally, your experience in Microsoft Excel-based modeling to extract, manipulate and analyze large data sets to draw conclusions is key.

**Required Qualifications**

Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in financial analysis, analytics, or forecasting

**Preferred Qualifications**

PBM or Healthcare experience

Knowledge of SAP, SAP AO (Analysis for Office)

Power Point/Excel

Masters Degree in Business, Finance


Bachelors Degree
