The team is comprised of 15 FTEs\u003Cbr /\u003Eand their systems are supported by a fully dedicated IT group with 3 FTEs. The Decision Support team partners directly\u003Cbr /\u003Ewith clinical, operational, and cross-functional teams across the enterprise to provide insightful analysis to assist the\u003Cbr /\u003Eachievement of institutional goals. The team is an integral part to the Medical Center\u0026iquest;s success as they continue to add\u003Cbr /\u003Evalue and insight through the analysis they provide. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Decision Support\u003Cbr /\u003Eand Value Improvement, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the production of financial reports that assist\u003Cbr /\u003Ein the monitoring of the hospital\u0027s financial performance. The candidate will also provide analytical support for the\u003Cbr /\u003Eintegration of a new hospital into our system and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with a decision\u003Cbr /\u003Esupport system and/or healthcare data. In particular, the ideal candidate would be experienced in cost accounting, data\u003Cbr /\u003Ereconciliation, and data analysis and visualization. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable with handling large\u003Cbr /\u003Edata sets, have strong communication skills, and a team oriented perspective. He/she will also be involved with the\u003Cbr /\u003Enumerous ongoing projects relating to the identification of cost saving opportunities, physician resource utilization\u003Cbr /\u003Eanalysis, quality/cost analysis, and dashboard creation.
