Finance Reporting Group Manager RWA Governance


The candidate will be the lead for the FRSS Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Governance. They will be responsible for leading the team who focus will be on program management for the various FRSS RWA production work streams


**Responsibilities:**


+ Be a team lead to support the RWA program processes and deliverables by providing strong governance and project management skills

+ Recommend goals, policies, and plans for FRSS RWA Reporting for relevant scope

+ Represent FRSS RWA Reporting in communications and discussions with internal partners to ensure work streams are aware of timelines and deliverables and ensure the activities are done in a timely orderly fashion

+ Help ensure the RWA work streams maintain a proper and effective control environment.

+ Coordinate cross work stream deliverables that are required to support the FRSS organization goals

+ Support RWA work streams in the execution of audit reviews.

+ Lead a team to develop metrics to drive process improvements, process enhancements and enhanced controls

+ Develop and effectively leverage project plans and metrics to coordinate, execute and track key activities and deliverables and monitor and continuously improve processes and systems.

+ Work closely with key FRSS, Finance, Risk and Technology partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals, robust status and expectation management including collaboration to remove roadblocks and optimize opportunities.

+ Deliver effective status communication to Senior Management.

+ Manage and deliver productivity goals including financial targets as applicable.

+ Talent development through leadership best practices and effective communication


**Qualifications:**


+ 10+ years of related work experience

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required.

+ Excellent analytical background and skill set to understand Regulatory Reporting (Basel / Risk Weighted Assets strongly preferred) processes, including system data flows.

+ Ability to articulate complex topics into concise executive summary information that can consumed by seniors.

+ Must possess knowledge of Finance and US Regulatory workflows and reporting application systems and experience in the utilization of database technology.

+ Self-motivated with ability to make decisions and maintain a controlled environment.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours or on an Alternative Work Space (AWS) environment.

+ Must have US work authorization, we are not sponsoring visas for this role.

+ Previous Management experience, strong people leadership skills

+ Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholder and execute on stakeholder management

+ Excellent issue management and negotiation skills

+ Strong interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written) and confidence to work with different levels of management.


**Critical Competencies:**


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
