Job Description

Position Summary:

Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge. Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for responding to inquiries of a technical nature.

Main Responsibilities:

• Second level technical support position.

• Works under limited supervision.

• Applies and uses in-depth knowledge of subject matter.

• Requires the capacity to understand specific client needs or technical requirements in order to resolve or escalate technical problems.

Education:

High School Diploma / GED 

Experience / Background:

Minimum 2 years

Travel: Yes, 50 % of the Time
Medical Surveillance: No
Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
