GENERAL SUMMARY:   
 
Primary goal is to accomplish the revenue objective for the respective territory through daily visits and follow through.  
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:   
 
€¢ Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting to scientists in the areas of HPLC, SPE and GC.

€¢ Provide HPLC, SPE & GC technical assistance to customers on a daily basis.

€¢ Provide HPLC, SPE & GC technical seminars and/or presentations for accounts.

€¢ Accomplish sales & profit objectives for assigned territory through daily phone calls and visits to potential customers

€¢ Implementation of account action plans, reviewing performance and improving current account sales & support programs for your territory.

€¢ Development of marketing plans in accordance with your sales manager to accomplish sales objectives for HPLC, SPE, GC and related accessories.

€¢ Daily contact with your inside team and sales manager to insure on-going customer follow-up and satisfaction.

€¢ Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to your sales manager with regards to your current game plan.

€¢ Daily updating of the customer database for your assigned territory.

€¢ Follow-up territory marketing plans in order to accomplish sales, customer support & technical assistance objectives for HPLC, SPE, GC and related accessories.

€¢ Provide HPLC, SPE & GC technical seminars and/or presentations for account educational and value added service purposes.

€¢ Performs Other job-related duties as requested 
 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 
 
‘ Bachelor€™s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other Life Science;

‘ At least 3 year of relevant sales experience;

 ‘ A solid background in all areas of Phenomenex products;

‘ Knowledge of pertinent governmental requirements/regulations;

‘ Highly developed human relations skills;

‘ Knowledge of organizational development theory and practice; 
‘ Knowledge of current management practices;

‘ Training course design and delivery; 
 
OR any combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 
 
LOCATION: Home based, Hong Kong 
 
WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily home based with 80% of time visiting customers and potential customers. Occasional requirement to travel to relevant company offices in and out of Hong Kong/Macau.

Laptop, phones and other relevant resources.
