Position Summary

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

The Italy Marketing Manager will have responsibility to drive aggressive software sales growth for core industry verticals for Italy. This is a pivotal role working across sales, solution consultants, business development teams to develop and execute a marketing strategy to generate sourced marketing leads, pipeline and bookings revenue. 

This is a key hire in the Southern Europe marketing team, with a focus on demand generation campaigns targeting existing customers and net new prospects, as well as the partner and channel eco-system.

The individual will report to the Southern Europe Marketing Director and will be part of the Global Field Marketing organisation. 

The ability to be strategic and u2018hands on' is required for this role. This individual would be expected to execute email campaigns using tools such as Marketo, digital webinars on platforms such as ON24, as well as partnering with key media vendors, telemarketing agencies, and internal teams across Product Marketing, Events, Digital, and Marketing Operations.

We are looking for a resilient candidate with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic and matrix organization. The ability to pivot between creative and analytical thinking, and with a passion for analyzing campaign performance, with a continuous improvement philosophy is key.

·Develop industry marketing strategy and plan multi-touch marketing programs for revenue and brand growth (events, webinars, trade shows, inbound, content syndication, direct mail, digital advertising etc.)

·Define and manage budget allocation for marketing programs.

·Partner with colleagues across Events, Digital and Social Media, PR, Business Development and Sales 

·Work with our marketing stack (e.g., Marketo etc) for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead and Sourced Revenue target goals

·Develop integrated marketing plans with key alliance and channel partners, such as AWS

·Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes of sales pipeline and revenue.

What You Will Need:

·7+ years B2B marketing experience

·Strong ability to think strategically but also to deliver tactically

·Able to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to strategy

·Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally to provide supporting data and vital information in an organized, and concise manner

·Strong collaborative experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams, partnering with senior sales and marketing business leaders

·Customer centric, passionate about understanding the customers' business opportunities and challenges.

·Must have experience of running integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns

·Experience in managing and planning digital and live events and exhibitions

·Strong analytics skills with the ability to build reports and communicate analysis

·Very resourceful - leveraging all resources both internal and external

·Proven experience to excel in a fast-pace business environment

What Will Put You Ahead?

·Previous experience in the Enterprise IT industry preferred or B2B

·Experience with intent tools, social media platforms, and/or ABM experience plus

·Italian native speaker, English required
