You are:

Program/Project Management Lead

Lead/assist workstreams across Project Management, System Integration, Automated Equipment Installation & Testing, and General Facilities work in support of project initiatives necessary to support DoD project progression and client priorities. The focus of effort is synchronizing complex activities and effort to ensure comprehensive alignment for delivery, safety and financial success.

The work:

+ Responsible for performing project management sub-tasks in accordance with leadership and client specifications, within budget and schedule.

+ Provide experienced Subject Matter Expertise in the preparation for, and installation of, Automated Material Handling Equipment (AMHE) and associated general construction tasks associated (e.g. Electrical, network infrastructure, and physical facility conditions).

+ Provide experienced Subject Matter Expertise in software integration between the legacy WMS, project WES and WCS as well as potential integration with new client WMS (likely SAP).

+ Direct, develop and facilitate project communications and action tracking.

+ Participate in weekly status reporting to PM Leads, client and PMO Team.

+ Effectively allocate tasks to project Team Members to maximize productivity.

+ Provide direction and management to issue, risk tracking and change control management.

+ Interpret and analyze project control reports, suggesting necessary actions where appropriate.

+ Participate in delivery metrics & reporting, risk management reporting, staffing & personnel management

+ Analyze and solve key issues and complex or ambiguous problems that arise in relation to overall synchronization and completion of activities

+ Mentor and drive team members across workstreams to meeting quality expectations, timelines and overall product quality.

+ Encourage collaboration and contribute to performance growth for team members

+ Manage escalation of concerns, risks, issues and challenges within the project team and develop recommendations for associated client engagement.

+ Develop and maintain client relationships; manage client expectations and coordinate solutions to difficult problems.

+ Provide business development support for future pipeline to include narrative, presentation, research, and response documentation

+ Assist with enterprise project management duties, including such things as financials, QA processes, sub-contracts and procurement.

Here's what you need:

+ Bachelors degree (logistics or business management preferred) and 5 years of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience in logistics management systems and warehouse operations.

+ 3 years of commercial distribution/warehouse experience as a supervisor/manager at a facilities including both manual processes and substantial AMHE. (large global supply chain organization preferred (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Walmart) preferred

+ DLA Distribution Standard System (DSS) processes, data requirements and interfaces with external systems

+ DLA warehouse standard operating procedures across all operations within a facility (inbound, inventory care, outbound)

+ Installation, operation and/or maintenance oversight of multiple forms and highly integrated AMHE equipment (e.g. Honeywell Intelligrated or Dematic conveyor, ASRS, sorters, AGVs)

+ Masters degree in a supply chain, business, or organizational management/leadership category

+ 3 years contractor/government business development experience including shaping activities, proposal writing and contract/sub-contract management.

+ Large warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder (JDA)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,200 - $151,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
