You will help drive the future by integrating traditional\renergy conservation measures with a connected building operating system that\ruses AI, machine learning and outcome-based solutions to create flexible\recosystems focused on customer needs.  As a trusted advisor, the outcomes\ryou provide will help customers tell their story of reducing operating\rexpenses, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while at the same\rtime improving comfort, productivity, efficiency and the safety of the\renvironments they work in.


Lead\rand manage a Field Operations Team for the Energy and Federal market. You will\rapply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure\rengagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and\rsales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and\rresolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating\ropportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own\rfinancial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective\rclosure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and\rcommunicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop\rfuture managers.

    • Associate degree in engineering\r or architecture
    • 3+ years€™ experience as a people\r manager preferably leading Project Managers
    • 2+ years€™ experience working for or with the Federal Government 
    • Must be a US Citizen

      • Bachelor's degree
      • Advanced professional\r certification (i.e. PMP, PE)
      • 2+ years€™ experience working Federal Energy Construction projects managing multiple energy conservation measures
      • Previous industry experience
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
      • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
      • Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
