As a Business Process Management Specialist - ITSM, you will be responsible for the following:




+ Support the clients ITSM Process areas (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Service Management) by assisting with implementation, monitoring, and enforcement.


+ Manage conflict that exists among individuals, groups, functions, sites, and so on, when such conflicts disrupt the ability of the organization to function in a healthy way


+ Ensure processes that will help improve the ongoing operations of the organization on a continuous basis


+ Create a collaborative environment that helps the organization be more effective and efficient


+ Assess the working environment, to identify strengths on which to build and areas in which change, and improvement are needed


+ Provide help and support for employees, especially those in senior positions, who need an opportunity to be coached in how to do their jobs better


+ Assist in creating systems for providing feedback on individual performance and, on occasion, conducting studies to give individuals feedback and coaching to help them in their individual development







Basic Qualifications:




+ Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT requirements analysis


+ Demonstrated competence in ITIL's ITSM processes and a minimum IT Infrastructure Library, Version 3 (ITIL v3) Fundamentals


+ Ability to manage complex requirements sets



Preferred Qualifications:




+ Strong communication skillsFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (ServiceNow preferred)


+ IT Infrastructure Library, Version 3 (ITIL v3) higher certified


+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member


+ Strong communication and collaboration skills


+ Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond the role


+ Familiarity with Federal Government IT processes, regulations, and architectures




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
