Description

    \r\t
  • Will develop and administration of security programs and procedures for classified or sensitive materials, documents and equipment.\r\t
  • \tAssist in the preparation of manuals establishing procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting access to restricted areas, records and materials.\r\t
  • \tTracks security clearance investigations and performs administrative support functions, including Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and DISS \r\t
  • \tDesign and presentation of continuing security education classes for the programs in Jupiter.\r\t
  • \tAssist in the investigations of security incidents and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.\r\t
  • \tParticipate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments.\r\t
  • \tWill be required to communicate succinct observations and recommendations to the site leadership that promote the safety and security of company personnel, the facility's assets, and interests.\r\t
  • \tMust be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently across a diverse program landscape.\r\t
  • \tPossess the ability to assist in security plan process improvements and implementation of security requirements across the site.\r\t
  • \tShould possess the ability to prepare manuals to address regulatory requirements and assist in establishing appropriate procedures.\r\t
  • \tMust have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate and present concise, intelligent, decisive, and risk managed recommendations.\r\t
  • \tDemonstrate effective interpersonal skills to work with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.\r\t
  • \tWill possess strong organizational skills and have a strong working knowledge of physical and personnel security requirements.\r\t
  • \tHave the ability to respond to after hour alarms as needed.\r\t
  • \tWill need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and must currently hold at minimum, a DoD Secret clearance.\r

    YOU MUST HAVE

      \r\t
    • Bachelors Degree\r\t
    • \tDefense Security Service (DSS)-qualified FSO and 5 years experience in security programs as FSO\r\t
    • \tFSO Program Management for possessing facilities and FSO role in the NISP training completed\r\t
    • \tCOMSEC Certification\r

      WE VALUE

      • Familiarity with NISPOM, Physical Security, Construction of Closed Areas, managing NIPSOM/SAP ICD Programs\r\t
      • \tAbility to work independently as well as a team member alongside other FSOs around the U.S.\r\t
      • \tAbility to assist in the development and administration of security programs for classified and sensitive but unclassified information or proprietary materials, documents and equipment\r\t
      • \tAbility to manage security personnel\r\t
      • \tProficient with the use of JPAS, DISS, NISS, and e-Mass\r\t
      • \tSome experience in industrial security or CI analytical experience\r\t
      • \tIndustrial Security Professional Certifications (SFDC, ISP, CISSP)\r\t
      • \tSME creating industrial security policies and procedures\r\t
      • \tExperience with A&A process IAW DoD policies\r\t
      • \tCommunicate effectively w/all levels of leadership\r\t
      • \tExhibit superior organizational/task prioritization skills\r\t
      • \tKnowledge of Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA)\r\t
      • \tExperience managing CI detection programs\r
