    This position will require the selected candidate to be able to complete full scope of operations in running and maintaining facilities systems with a focus on mechanical, electrical, water treatment, water purification, fire protection or life safety system.

    Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters; Also, the successful candidate must be able to work across various facilities disciplines and use some degree of judgment in resolving non-standard problems.

    Your Responsabilitites include, but are not limited to:

    • Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
    • Performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance proceduresInstalling, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of facility equipment.
    • Preventative and corrective maintenance activities while being able support factory tool install, de-install and construction activities.
    • Maintaining Analytical equipment and analyzing system data trends
    • Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
    • Cross train in facilities operations and maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service.

    ** This role wil require to work a compressed work week schedule.**


    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
    • AA/AS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Waste treatment Engineering Technology (or related field), or Military service or 3+ years of work experience or any equivalent degree.


    For Mechanical degree/work experience (3+ years):

    • HVAC, boilers, chillers

    For Electrical degree/work experience (3+ years):

    • Transformers, switchgears, and Uninterruptable power sources

    For Waste Treatment degree/work experience (3+ years):

    • Water/waste treatment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Maximo is a plus
    • Previous semiconductor experience is preferred.
