Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.

Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:

  • Complete full scope of operations in running and maintaining facilities systems with a focus on mechanical systems
  • Work with boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment and Oil Free Air compressors
  • Work across various facilities disciplines.
  • Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and performing required preventative maintenance duties.

The candidate will be required to work a compressed day work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve-hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess an Associate's degree in Mechanical, Engineering Technology or related field or military experience with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis.
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work effectively across multiple facilities operations including UPW/AWN, HVAC, PLC and electrical.
