The Notre Dame Law School is offering a post-graduation Legal Fellow position in connection with the newly established Exoneration Justice Clinic.

The Fellow will work following graduation as a member of the Exoneration Justice Clinic, investigating and litigating wrongful conviction cases. The Intern/Fellow will work under the direction of the Director and the Staff Attorney. The Fellow will work directly with students. He/she will be responsible for chairing the Intake Committee, which decides which cases will be accepted for legal representation by the Clinic. The Intern/Fellow will also oversee the day-to-day activities of students investigating wrongful conviction cases. The Intern/Fellow will also work with students in drafting court pleadings seeking post-conviction relief.

This is a limited term position for a maximum of 2-yrs.

Ideal candidate will have participated in the Exoneration Justice Clinic as a law student.
