Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and regions, partnering with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments and others to protect our employees, businesses, clients and information.
The CSIS Global Security Services team is responsible for physical security, corporate crisis management, and risk identification and mitigation for Citigroups global footprint. 
Reporting to the Global Executive Protection Lead, the candidate will coordinate executive protection efforts as outlined in Citis Executive Protection Framework and work closely with regional teams for planning and execution.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide close protection of Executive members
  • Receipt of guests visiting executive floor
  • Maintain weekly Executive Briefing and CEO schedule
  • Conduct executive protection pre-advance work of upcoming meetings and travel venues

Qualifications


Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred; degree in Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Political Science, International Studies, or similar fields preferred, although proven work experience in these fields is qualifying with another degree.
  • Corporate security experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection.
  • Must maintain an up-to-date firearms license.
  • Must maintain an up-to-date drivers license. 
  • Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and SharePoint.
  • Have the ability to interact with senior management
  • Be a poised team player who gain support from all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, have leadership presence, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure.
