Executive Partner - Healthcare Delivery

Remote based - USA  (South or Midwest Region)

The Executive Partner is a Senior Director-level position that manages and maintains executive relationships for key Infor clients throughout the client lifecycle being heavily engaged during implementations, especially those involving Infor partners. The Executive Partner is responsible for creating a sustainable path of continuous client success and Infor innovation. Key success measures include successful delivery, client referenceability, client retention, and innovation partnerships.

Reporting directly to the SVP Infor Healthcare, Client Partnerships, this is an individual contributor/leadership position that matrixes across Infor Consulting Services, Sales, Product Management, Cloud Operations, Support, as well as 3rdparty systems integrators and Infor's global partners.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes

  • Engages with client executives, Infor partners and Infor leadership to deliver superior client results
  • Builds strong relationships with client executive management, implementation leadership (both 3rd-party partners and Infor), along with Infor Services, Product, Support, and Operations teams
  • Represents Infor on clients' implementation executive steering committees through post-implementation and then maintains ongoing relationships with client executives
  • Provides oversight and guidance to implementation teams for successful delivery and client value realization
  • Serves as executive point of escalation for Infor issues and risks working with relevant teams and resources to drive resolutions
  • Proactively works with clients to understand their challenges, strategies, priorities, success measures, and timelines
  • Partners with Infor Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, Value Engineers and Services teams to develop strategies, plans, and presentations then propose solutions and deliver on clients' on-going needs
  • Leads Infor Delivery Assurance process at clients where engaged
  • Maintains thought leadership in healthcare and is recognized as a trusted partner by client executives

    What You Will Need:

    • Minimum of ten years of leadership and proven success in large-scale, complex software implementations; ERP experience preferred
    • A proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with creative and innovative models
    • Expertise in business transformation and change management
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills including ability to hold crucial conservations
    • Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships
    • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
    • Successful track of record in leading, developing, and coaching high-performance teams
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and strong decision-making skills
    • Knowledgeable of provider healthcare industry business operations, challenges, and trends
    • Undergraduate degree required

      What will put you ahead:

      • MBA, health administration, or computer science strongly preferred
