**PositionOverview**



The
Program Manager participates in the development of large-scale program planning
to include the design and delivery of complex and integrated projects for Siemens
Smart Infrastructure (SI) Enterprise Clients.



**Responsibilities**






+ Participatesin project/program management activities such as defining project schedules,budget, risk and change management opportunities as well as resourcemanagement.


+ Participatesin technical review of system, product or process design anddocumentation.


+ Identifyunforeseen gaps in scope and processes that could impact customers KPIsand present plans to address them.


+ Participatesin continuous improvement activities.




**RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**






+ BSin Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree


+ PMIPMP Certification required


+ Minimumfive years of experience as a Program/Project Manager for enterprise level(national) accounts


+ Experiencein the delivery of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning


+ Familiaritywith applicable industry codes and standards including NFPA, ANSI, UL,NEC, NETA and IEEE


+ Experiencemanaging multi-site projects concurrently


+ Experiencemanaging project managers and associate project managers


+ Travelapproximately 50% as required for projects.


+ Mustunderstand and be able to discuss project schedules. This includes beingproficient in the use of MS Project.


+ Mustbe proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point


+ Mustbe able to discuss project financials in detail


+ Beable to discuss confrontational issues (ex. claims, delays, etc) withcustomer
