You will help drive the future by integrating traditional energy conservation measures with a connected building operating system that uses AI, machine learning and outcome-based solutions to create flexible ecosystems focused on customer needs.  As a trusted advisor, the outcomes you provide will help customers tell their story of reducing operating expenses, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while at the same time improving comfort, productivity, efficiency and the safety of the environments they work in.

In this role you will be responsible for preparation of measurement and verification (M&V) of energy and operational savings as identified in demand response programs. You will have diverse accountability for multiple customers in the New Orleans area.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide Sales Support:

o   Collect utility bills and rate schedule information and provide a Preliminary Utility Analysis (PUA) or other preliminary analysis figures to sales staff.

o   Assist sales team in development of specific M&V plans and cost estimating.

o   Review bid/contract packages for quality assurance.

o   Interface with local contractor teams to provide timely and accurate results to all Honeywell energy analysis customers.

o   Make recommendations to Local Service/Sales teams for improved customer support; and assist with contract retention strategies and tools for recapturing cancelled customers.

o   Monitor and update performance tracking reports and project deviations.

o   Maintain all customer records related to energy analysis contracts.

 

·         Provide Customer Support:

o   Prepare savings guarantee, energy analysis, and/or other presentations for various contract customers.

o   Analyze utility use and troubleshoot problems with rate schedules.

o   Build and analyze facility use profile and make recommendations to Measurement & Verification Specialists (MVS) as to areas requiring investigation.

o   Responsible for collection of data, such as utility bills, runtime reports, trend reports, and rate schedules required for analysis and reporting of savings results.

o   Prepare savings guarantee presentations for performance contract customers.

o   Responsible for data entry in energy analysis programs to demonstrate savings.

o   Update performance tracking reports and project deviations to Energy Analyst Supervisor.

o   Maintain all customer records related to savings guarantee.

o   Generate facility cost profiles for Customer Acquisition.

o   Interface the MVS to provide timely and accurate results to performance contract customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

·         Bachelor's degree in accounting, energy management, or engineering

·         Minimum of 3-years€™ experience with determining energy use and cost at building level for Energy Savings Calculations

·         Minimum of 3-years€™ experience with collecting Building Management System (BMS) or utility data for analysis and reporting of savings results
