You will help drive the future by integrating traditional\renergy conservation measures with a connected building operating system that\ruses AI, machine learning and outcome-based solutions to create flexible\recosystems focused on customer needs.  As a trusted advisor, the outcomes\ryou provide will help customers tell their story of reducing operating\rexpenses, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while at the same\rtime improving comfort, productivity, efficiency and the safety of the\renvironments they work in.

In this role you will be responsible for preparation of measurement and verification (M&V)\rof energy and operational savings as identified in performance contracts. You will have\rdiverse accountability for multiple customers in various locations in the USA, possibly in Americas\rand Europe.

Principle Accountabilities:

Provide Sales Support:

  •  Collect utility bills and rate schedule information and provide a Preliminary Utility Analysis (PUA) or other preliminary analysis figures to sales staff.
  • Assist sales team performance contracting engineer (PCE) in development of specific M&V plans and cost estimating.
  • Review bid/contract packages for quality assurance.
  • Assist MVS with preparation of post-installations condition report during PM punch list.      

    Partner with Local Service teams:

    •  Interface with Local Service teams to provide timely and accurate results to all Honeywell energy analysis customers.
      • Make recommendations to Local Service/Sales teams for improved customer support, and assist with contract retention strategies and tools for recapturing cancelled customers.
      • Monitor and update performance tracking reports and project deviations.
      • Maintain all customer records related to energy analysis contracts.

        Provide Customer Support:

        • Prepare savings guarantee, energy analysis, and/or other presentations for various contract customers
        • Analyze utility use and troubleshoot problems with rate schedules
        • Build and analyze facility use profile and make recommendations to Measurement & Verification Specialists (MVS) as to areas requiring investigation
        • Responsible for collection of data, such as utility bills, runtime reports, trend reports, and rate schedules required for analysis and reporting of savings results
        • Prepare savings guarantee presentations for performance contract customers
        • Responsible for data entry in energy analysis programs to demonstrate savings
        • Update performance tracking reports and project deviations to Energy Analyst Supervisor
        • Maintain all customer records related to savings guarantee
        • Generate facility cost profiles for Customer Acquisition
        • Interface the MVS to provide timely and accurate results to performance contract customers

          YOU MUST HAVE:

          • Bachelor's degree in accounting, energy management, or engineering
          • Minimum of 3-years experience with determining energy use and cost at building level for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) or other energy savings projects
          • Minimum of 3-years experience with collecting Building Management System (BMS) or utility data for analysis and reporting of savings results
