EMEA Services Operations Manager (m/f/d)


Join our team as the EMEA Service Operations Manager to take an active role in enhancing current services operations and leading services projects. Contribute to improving our operational processes and transforming our services organization on a European Level.

Your Responsibilities:

Current operations

  • Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of services related data and operational practices. With the aim to increase overall service performance as on-going effort
  • Identify improvement opportunities through problem solving and root cause analysis. Suggest and contribute to countermeasures
  • Support the development and tracking of metrics to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making and execution

    Process enhancement:

    • Map current state processes, analyze and identify improvement opportunities, suggest future state working in collaboration with team members / other functions
    • Support the roll out of new services processes - including change management, intense communication, training and process documentation (SOP)
    • Continuously engage with stakeholders to inform about Progress

      Our Expectations:

      • Demonstrate proven experience in handling unstructured data and transforming them in KPI's to steer with
      • A degree level qualification in Business Administration or similar
      • Capable of building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
      • Extensive experience with operational, process, and performance improvement projects
      • Good knowledge of the service business/services business is an advantage.
      • Ring teams at different hierarchy levels on a European level
      • Very strong prioritization and organizational skills as well as managing multiple projects in parallel in a matrix-based environment
      • Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English; at least intermediate language skills in German
