EMEA Service Parts Analyst

The EMEA SPA is primarily in charge of consolidating and monitoring data related to the Service Supply chain. The EMEA SPA ensures the timely availability of spare parts in EMEA for both field and repair centers activity. The EMEA SPA is accountable to collect the forecasts, to place parts and consumable orders and to monitor stock levels in order to ensure Service Operations in EMEA never stops.


Overall accountability

  • Data manipulation. Building business insights through data analysis
  • Build when needed IT tools to help the business
  • Ensures forecast excellence and parts availability for service operations needs in EMEA


    • Collect business needs in EMEA for both repair centers and field service activity
    • Attend PSI meetings: Roll-up EMEA forecast to our supply chain in the US
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and improve forecast model

      Parts ordering

      • Ensures Purchase orders / Stock transfer orders and timely entered in the system
      • Daily advocate with out suppliers to ensure EMEA needs are prioritized
      • Drive supply chain efficiency indicators (On-time delivery, zero bin inventory €¦)
      • Monitor supplier€™s efficiency through KPI€™s

        Parts inventory

        • Monitors FGI stocks levels in SAP for both Repair center and Field Service inventories
        • Define spare parts and consumable safety stocks and minimum stock levels
        • Ensure good inventory cost control

          Parts management

          • When required, add/remove parts in the list (end of life, NPI).
          • Administrate spare parts list price
          • When required, identify new suppliers for existing spare parts


            • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time


              Education or Experience (in years):

              • Bachelor€™s degree with 0-2 years of related work experience (in Supply chains or experiencing in data analytics, especially in supply chain).

                Knowledge and skills:

                • Strong collaborations skills, able to achieve success by leading teamwork across the organization
                • Experience of leading of leading multilingual Service operations across multiple locations
                • Builds an environment of continuous improvement, drives effective change
                • Very thorough, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills
                • Knowledgeable in SAP or any other major ERP system (QAD, JDE, Oracle, €¦)
                • Skilled at data aggregation, trend analysis, and other operational reporting
                • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
                • Excel manipulation. Pivot table level at least. Macro level appreciated
