Together, there's no limit to what we can imagine, create and innovate! **What You'll Do Here:** The Eloqua System Administrator is responsible for supporting the Cengage instance of Eloqua, working closely with business process owners in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Global Technology and the global business. Responsibilities: Responsible for system administration of Eloqua: o Setting best practices for the Cengage global business o Recommending process improvements o Implementing system enhancements o Implementing and managing integrations new and existing Partner closely with Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation to support business needs related to campaigns Working closely with the Director, Marketing Technology Operations, partner with Cengage Global Technology owners on Eloqua integrations within Cengage, including Salesforce. Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users. Partner with stakeholders to analyze, understand and improve marketing operations that increase employee productivity and end-user effectiveness. Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered. Write functional and technical specifications for technical team members. Research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary. Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data. Occasionally manage the delivery of projects, including project plans, status meetings, progress reports and initiation/closure activities. Create and deliver functional documentation for sales and marketing applications that support business operations. Create, deliver and present end-user training materials to Eloqua users throughout the organization. Help manage backlog of production issues and enhancement requests. **Skills You Will Need Here:** The successful candidate will be an experienced, high-energy, detail-oriented and highly analytic business analyst with experience in the sales and marketing functions of a high-tech software company. He or she will have demonstrated the ability to transform business requirements into system improvements that ultimately advance the CRM and Marketing Automation initiatives of a growing organization. The attributes of the successful candidate are described here: Bachelors degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field. 5-10 years work experience in a business analyst (system administration) role supporting a Sales/Marketing organization. Preferred experience with CRM and MA systems including lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, marketing campaign management, marketing content management, web analytics, opportunity management and sales pipeline/forecast management. Hands-on application configuration experience with Eloqua Must be comfortable analyzing data. Experience configuring cloud applications is necessary. Experience creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans is preferred. Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills. Excellent communication skills is a must.
