Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an **Electronics Engineer- Capability Lead OR Principal Electronics Engineer - Capability Lead** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals with in our Mission Systems Engineering organization. The candidate will join our existing team of Systems Engineering professionals who are developing world-class capabilities in a structured environment to meet our customers high expectations. The role is located in **Oklahoma City, OK.**

In the role the candidate will participate in all aspects of the capability lifecycle activities and the Agile process for the B-2 for a given B-2 capability. The domain depends on the B-2 Capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Review of External requirements for completeness and understandability.
Perform detailed design, code, and testing of those requirements at the domain level as well as support of system and operational testing.

This position may be filled at either the Electronics Engineer OR Principal Electronics Engineer level.

**Basic Qualifications for an Electronics Engineer:**
Must have a Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline or a Computer Science degree AND 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline or a Computer Science degree AND 0 years of related professional/military experience.
Must have US Citizenship and have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment.

**Basic Qualifications for a Principal Electronics Engineer:**
Must have a Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline or a Computer Science degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline or a Computer Science degree AND 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline or a Computer Science degree with 0 years of experience.
Must have US Citizenship and have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment.

**Preferred Qualifications for either position:**
Familiarity with DOD protocols
Experience in complete software development life-cycle
Experience in the Agile process
Experience with Avionics systems
Experience with MIL-STD-1553

Salary Range: $67,400.00 - $101,000.00Salary Range 2: $83,000.00 - $124,600.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
